Our IT team in Olten is looking for a committed and responsible individual to start immediately or by arrangement. You don’t just want to manage applications, but actively shape and further develop their operation? Then you are exactly right with us.

In this versatile role, you take on the technical responsibility for the operation, support, and further development of your applications. You ensure that they run reliably and efficiently, provide support with technical questions, and contribute your ideas when it comes to further developing and optimising existing solutions. Additionally, you support the operational IT operations, participate in the helpdesk and support, and take on tasks in the area of infrastructure and software installation.

In short: You keep our applications running, develop them further, and actively shape our IT.

You have completed IT training (EFZ or HF/FA) and bring solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, databases, and networking. You recognise the potential of AI and Microsoft 365, implement innovative solutions, and ensure that modern technologies create real added value in everyday work. Experience in IT support or IT administration, in-depth knowledge of databases and SQL Server, as well as confident use of Microsoft Office are prerequisites. Experience in testing software applications and project work is an advantage.

You think technically quickly, work independently, and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner. Even when things get demanding, you keep an overview, set the right priorities, and find pragmatic solutions. You like to take responsibility, contribute actively, and drive topics forward on your own initiative. At the same time, you convince with your social skills and communicate confidently with different contacts. Your curiosity and willingness to develop professionally and learn new things round off your profile.
