Mandate Manager (m/f/d)Location: Zurich
Workload: 100%, home office possible
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Department: Facility Services Management
Your tasks
- You are responsible for one or more large clients with activities throughout Switzerland
- You are the first point of contact for the client on site and the communication interface between the client and operations
- You inspire and enthuse our clients with your personal commitment, your innovative ideas, and thus professionally develop our client relationships
- You lead client meetings based on reports / evaluations and ensure that the FM organisation aligns with the agreed mandate objectives
- You share responsibility for the preparation of all budgets in the account (P&L responsibility), support the tracking of ongoing costs, and ensure a continuous expansion of the service portfolio
- You are responsible for implementing occupational safety in all on-site activities
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (at least BSc or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant service areas and several years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Leadership experience is required
- Very good PC skills (Office suite, ticketing tool)
- You have a strong willingness to learn with a quick grasp and flexibility
- You are a team player with a high service orientation and customer focus
- You maintain an independent and efficient working style, are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and proactive
