Shape growth in the Basel region!
As a Regional Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind expanding our business in the region as well as in the Life Science Services sector. You acquire new customers, develop complex integral facility services projects, and work closely with the Regional Director and the operational team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Your main tasks:
- Proactive market development and targeted new customer acquisition in the B2B environment
- Independent management of the entire sales process: from identifying potential customers, needs analysis, solution development, and offer preparation to presentation, contract negotiation, and handover to the operational unit
- Building and maintaining relationships at decision-maker and C-level
- Active positioning of our company through
- Participation in industry and networking events
- Close collaboration with internal departments to develop customer-oriented, competitive offers
Your profile:
- Completed studies (technical or business), ideally supplemented by further training in project management, facility management, or pharmaceuticals
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or in the real estate, FM, or building technology environment
- Proven success in new customer acquisition at decision-maker and C-level
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong closing skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into tailored solutions
- Very good German and business fluent English skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and modern communication tools
