All-rounder Finance & HR (20%) on an hourly basis

About the job

For over 37 years, we have been a unique Swiss SME in the field of complementary medicine. As a mail-order pharmacy, we import high-quality dry extracts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and produce individual medicines for patients based on medical or therapeutic prescriptions.

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a reliable, independent and versatile personality as an All-rounder Finance & HR for approximately 20% on an hourly basis for around half a year.

This position is also ideal for commercial apprentices who want to gain initial professional experience and further develop their knowledge in the areas of finance and HR.

You will take on various tasks at the interface between finance and human resources, working independently and responsibly.

Your tasks

Finance

• Management of accounts payable and receivable including payment transactions
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• General administrative and organisational tasks in the finance area

HR

• Processing of entries, exits and changes
• Maintenance and management of personnel files
• Support with administrative tasks in the area of social insurance
• Creation and processing of HR documents

Your profile

• Initial experience or strong interest in finance, accounting and/or HR
• Independent, precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and enjoyment of a varied role
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
