Our linear guides, measuring systems, racks, linear tables, and positioning systems are extremely important components of machines and systems used to manufacture mobile phones, computers, screens, solar systems, and medical devices. You are hands-on, think ahead, and ensure everything works? As a technical caretaker at SCHNEEBERGER AG Linear Technology, you ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and facilities; reliably, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Become part of our team and make sure everything runs smoothly with us.Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring a smooth, safe, and clean condition of buildings, infrastructure, and technical systems
- Regular inspection of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, solar, electrical, and locking systems
- Identifying, reporting, and rectifying defects, damages, and technical malfunctions
- Responsibility for order, safety, and maintenance of the entire property including green areas and outdoor spaces
- Managing the disposal yard, winter service, and co-responsibility for the vehicle fleet
- Supporting and coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
- Participation in internal projects
- Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations
- Willingness to train apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, caretaker with a federal certificate, or a comparable technical/craft apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in technical maintenance, facility management, or operational maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of building services systems as well as technical understanding and manual skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Resilience, flexibility, and commitment
- Team spirit, service-oriented attitude, and networked thinking
- Good manners, neat appearance, and organisational skills
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid PC skills
