What to expect

• You fundamentally redesign processes in strategic transformation initiatives and develop various future scenarios and target designs. In doing so, you consciously detach from existing structures if they limit the best future solution.
• You design and moderate workshops for process redesign and bring structure to complex issues. Using methods from Future-State Process Design, Service Design and Customer Journey Design, you lead business, IT and other stakeholders to a common vision and develop practical process solutions with them.
• You are responsible for our company-wide process architecture and further develop the process house and process map. You ensure that new process designs fit together across the board and that no additional process or system silos arise.
• You further develop process governance: You set clear standards, regulate responsibility for processes and anchor regulatory requirements in process management.
• You work closely with your colleagues in the Process Excellence team as well as the Enterprise Architects and ensure that process and enterprise architecture fit together.

What you bring

• You have a university degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the service/insurance industry or management consulting.
• You have solid practical experience in end-to-end process design, including future-state and target process design, as well as in business transformation or service design. From strategic goals, customer needs and technological possibilities, you develop future-proof processes.
• You master methods such as Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprinting, Design Thinking or Clean-Sheet Process Design and apply them appropriately to design target processes. You also know how to improve processes with lean methods.
• You know how to build a process architecture and create clear rules for process management. Modelling processes is part of your craft.
• You have supported change, digitalisation or automation projects. You connect business requirements with technical possibilities and understand why clear processes are crucial for AI and automation.
• You communicate confidently with different contacts and management levels, moderate confidently and win others over to common standards. You work independently and solution-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
