The Protestant Church Community Bischofszell-Hauptwil is looking for aSocial Deacon 60% - 80%
We are looking for a dynamic and integrating personality, preferably aged around 30 to 40 years, starting May 1, 2026 or by arrangement. You are a member of the Protestant Church with a clear commitment to the Christian faith and identify with our motto: «Close to God – closer to people». You are a communicative person who enjoys approaching people.
Your passions and skills:
▪ You have completed training as a social deacon and can imagine accompanying TDS students.
▪ You enjoy teaching children and young people.
▪ You are an ordained deacon or are striving for ordination.
▪ You like to preach in a life-related way and can inspire people for God.
▪ Your heart beats for practical diaconia.
▪ You work independently, are a team player, and share spiritual leadership with the other convent members.
▪ Working with different age groups is not unfamiliar to you.
