About the job

For the Migros Group, we are building a modern CRM platform based on the SAP CX suite and our own microservices. As a Solution Architect, you will further develop the integration architecture and ensure technical governance.

What you will achieve

• End-to-end responsibility for the CRM architecture based on the SAP CX suite
• Further development of the integration architecture with APIs, events and middleware
• Technical evaluation of new requirements and creation of architecture guidelines
• Definition of solution intent, NFRs and architectural runway according to SAFe
• Design and expansion of microservices on Kubernetes including security and observability

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (university/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in computer science or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience: Several years of senior-level experience as a system or solution architect in complex cloud and integration landscapes
• Deep understanding of relevant CRM processes and business requirements
• Confident appearance and clear communication to represent technical decisions and empower teams
• SAP CX suite expertise
• German (B2)
• English (C1)
