Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced female or male architect for the independent management of demanding architectural projects. You will accompany projects from design through project planning and detailed planning to the approval process, combining high design standards with structured project management. In addition to client support, you coordinate specialist planners, authorities and other project participants and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs. A special focus is on sustainable architecture, the further development of existing building fabric and a holistic consideration of design and construction.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of architectural and building construction projects through the relevant planning phases
Processing and further development of design, project planning, detailed studies and approval planning
Development of architectural, constructive and design solutions with high quality standards
Professional support and advice for clients as well as preparation of decision-making bases
Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, specialists and executing companies
Responsibility for ongoing quality, deadline and cost control within the projects
Preparation and support of building submissions and approval procedures as well as coordination with the responsible authorities
Creation, coordination and quality assurance of project, detail and planning documents with Archicad
Leadership and professional guidance of architects and draftsmen within the project teams
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Engagement with existing buildings, sustainable construction solutions and resource-saving project development
Participation in the further development of planning standards, processes and architectural quality principles
Qualifications:
Completed studies in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised higher education
Several years of experience in independent project management of architectural and building construction projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss planning, approval and construction processes as well as the relevant SIA phases
Very good knowledge of Archicad, ideally complemented by experience with BIM-oriented planning processes
Expertise in design, project planning, detailed planning and constructive implementation
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams and clients
Very good German language skills spoken and written
