Our client is a renowned public institution based in Zurich with a large, diverse organisation. As part of a comprehensive digitalisation project, existing physical personnel files are systematically digitised and prepared for future electronic processing.

What to expect:

• Support with initial scanning of physical personnel files
• Preparation and processing of personnel documents for digitalisation
• Checking and post-processing of scanned documents
• Ensuring high quality and completeness of digitised records
• General support for project management and the scanning team

What you should bring:

• Completed or ongoing studies (FH, HF, University)
• Ideally, you already have experience with administrative tasks, scanning, data entry or document processing
• You work very carefully, reliably and with concentration
• Discretion and a responsible approach to confidential personnel data are a matter of course for you
• You are 100% available throughout the entire assignment period
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
