100% Scheduler M/F
- Logistics CFC or equivalent
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in watchmaking, microtechnology industry...
- Comfortable with using an ERP
- Autonomous and able to manage priorities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and handle pressure
- Meticulous and proactive
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IMPERATIVE
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY FOR SCHEDULING AND LAUNCHING OF WORK ORDERS
- Sequence work orders according to priorities and technical constraints
- Check the availability of components, kits and precious materials before launch, in coordination with the warehouse and procurement
- Launch and print work orders in Pro Concept
- Manage urgencies, reworks and rescheduling, and communicate decisions to the relevant parties
PROGRESS MONITORING AND COORDINATION
- Monitor the progress of work orders, the level of work in progress and delays, and initiate necessary actions
- Coordinate flows with workshops, warehouse, procurement, quality and subcontractors
- Continuously inform about availability dates and deadline shifts
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Assemble component kits according to work order bills of materials
- Pick, check and group components by work order/workshop
- Weigh and record precious materials included in the kits
- Make kits available to workshops in accordance with the production schedule
