A lot is happening here – and that is exactly why we need you: as Assistant Head of Nursing, you are the administrative pivot of our nursing leadership team in the Department of Internal Medicine. You keep the threads together and ensure that our dynamic management team has a clear mind for what really matters.

What awaits you

• Appointment and calendar coordination
• Preparation and follow-up of management meetings and nursing-specific committees
• Reliable minute-taking and tracking of the action item list
• Editorial processing and timely upload of evidence-based guidelines and documents on the internal platform
• Organisation of internal training sessions and team events for nursing
• Further administrative and organisational tasks for the nursing leadership team

What you bring with you

• Solid commercial training with at least three years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare
• Very friendly, patient and warm personality
• Quick comprehension as well as flexibility and openness in dealing with the unexpected
• Confident communication skills in spoken and written English
