At the Zurich notaries, around 650 employees are committed to the concerns of clients and place great value on quality, discretion and customer orientation. All 44 notaries in the canton of Zurich are also land registry and bankruptcy offices and are organisationally part of the Zurich judicial system.

We are looking for a

Your area of responsibility

You will work together with a notarial assistant on interesting and varied cases in our city district (old town). Drafting and reviewing contracts in the area of property law (such as purchase, easement and pledge contracts) is part of your daily work, as is advising clients. Assisting with telephone and counter service as well as other tasks in the notarial, land registry and bankruptcy areas complete your varied range of duties.

What you bring

• Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ Notaries Switzerland or BLaw degree
• Experience in handling land registry transactions
• Precise, reliable, independent and efficient working style
• Excellent German skills, spoken and written
• Professional appearance and discretion
• Service-oriented, friendly and courteous manner
