You combine technical understanding with a strong sense of business processes and want to actively further develop ERP solutions? We are looking for an analytical personality who manages projects from the idea to productive operation, bringing business and IT together.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for planning and managing demanding ERP projects
Analysis and optimisation of existing business processes together with the specialist departments
Translation of business requirements into sustainable IT and ERP solutions
Coordination of internal specialists, external partners, and stakeholders
Management of projects regarding time, budget, quality, and scope
Support of ERP implementations, releases, migrations, and further developments
Design and coordination of interfaces to peripheral systems and business applications
Identification of automation and digitalisation potentials
Creation of requirements analyses, solution concepts, and decision-making bases
Organisation and support of tests, rollouts, and user training
Establishment of modern project management and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Training as a system technician EFZ or comparable technical IT education
Further education in business informatics at HF or FH level
Experience in leading or coordinating IT, ERP, or digitalisation projects
Strong understanding of business processes and their technical representation
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Confident manner in dealing with specialist departments, management, and technical specialists
Enjoy structuring complex requirements understandably and translating them into implementable solutions
Interest in modern technologies, automation, and digital transformation
