The Avosano Group employs a total of 650 staff across 3 locations with its two subsidiaries Avosano AG (pharmaceutical wholesale) and Avosano Industrie Service AG (pharma prewholesale).

For our specialist retail division at the Niederbipp location, we are looking for a committed individual as

Key Account Manager (m/f/d) 100 %

• Strategic and operational management of pharmacy and drugstore chains, groups, and other key customers within your key account portfolio

• Development, negotiation, and implementation of individual annual agreements and customer strategies

• Identification and realisation of growth and profit potential as well as active acquisition of new key customers

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers at central and branch levels

• Analysis of relevant KPIs, derivation of measures, and ensuring successful customer development in close collaboration with internal interfaces

• Representation of the company at customer, industry events, and market projects as well as regular travel within Switzerland

• German as a native language as well as very good French skills

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical wholesale, or pre-wholesale

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking ability

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Communicative personality with confident demeanour and pronounced team spirit
