What you can achieve:

• Leadership and support of apprentices in polymechanics EFZ and production mechanics EFZ during their basic training up to the partial examination
• Planning, coordination and delivery of theoretical and practical training as well as ensuring the achievement of all learning objectives
• Processing productive customer orders together with the apprentices
• Ensuring operational business together with other trainers and further developing training according to entrepreneurial principles with a focus on the Kaizen philosophy
• Acquisition of productive orders
• Coordination, implementation and evaluation of trial apprenticeships

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or machine mechanic EFZ with at least two years of professional and production experience
• Good knowledge of conventional and CNC manufacturing
• Pedagogical and/or professional further training to become a leader of inter-company courses (üK) or willingness to acquire this in both areas
• Great interest in training young adults, experience in vocational training is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as enjoyment in planning and organising
• Good MS Office skills
