Independently manage stable and efficient SCM operations in SAP S/4.
Act as a central point of contact for technical queries in the end-user environment.
Analyze and resolve process/system errors in daily operations.

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Independent execution of a stable and efficient operational SCM handling from the end-to-end process in SAP S/4
Central point of contact for internal employees regarding technical and professional questions in the end-user environment
Analysis and sustainable resolution of process and system errors in daily business
Assumption of the key user role for SAP S/4 (MM/EWM/PEO)
Close collaboration with internal interfaces (purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering, project management, transport, customs)
Active participation and support in stabilising and continuously developing the SAP S/4 system landscape during ongoing operations
Identification of optimisation potentials in processes and system applications
Conducting training sessions and supporting departments in handling SAP S/4
Participation in SCM-internal projects with direct impact on performance and efficiency
Ensuring high data quality as the basis for functioning processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering) or technical/commercial training with further education
Several years of experience in operational supply chain management, purchasing or production planning
Sound knowledge of SAP (ideally S/4, especially MM and/or EWM, PEO)
Experience as a key user or in implementation
Profound understanding of end-to-end processes in supply chain management
Analytical strength combined with a strong implementation focus, hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
Team orientation with appreciative and considerate interaction with different stakeholders
Strong team skills as well as an appreciative and constructive approach to various stakeholders
Very good German skills (C1) as well as English skills (C1), French skills are an advantage.
