What you can achieve with us
- In this key role, you actively shape occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection at Emmental Hospital
- You coordinate the practical implementation of the EKAS Guideline 6508 and the H+ industry solution
- You advise and support management, executives, and employees on safety matters
- You conduct risk analyses in a structured manner and derive actionable measures from them
- Defining goals, planning, and effectiveness control are natural parts of your work
- You plan and accompany audits, inspections, and training sessions in an organisationally and personally coherent manner
- You reliably maintain the safety documentation and evaluate it thoroughly
- You openly address systematic deficiencies and escalate them if necessary
- You are familiar with handling legal requirements as well as authorities and external specialist bodies
- You take responsibility for creating, implementing, and continuously developing the Kata plan and ensure that measures are implemented in a structured, comprehensible, and effective manner
What you need to be successful
- You have training as an occupational safety specialist (EKAS/ASA)
- You bring several years of experience in occupational safety, ideally in a hospital or healthcare environment
- You know EKAS, Suva, and the H+ industry solution and apply them confidently
- You have experience in building or further developing safety or management systems
- You communicate clearly, convincingly, and position yourself confidently
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and think in a networked way
- You can convey complex topics understandably and practically
- Using digital tools is a natural part of your daily work
