Nurse HF 49 - 60% in the late shift for the Hinwil centre
You are interested and motivated ...
- to work independently, but to act as part of the treatment team
- to accompany and support clients as their primary nurse (or case manager) even in difficult situations
- to exchange with external partners as the primary nurse, such as general practitioners, the PallCare team, nutritional counselling, staff in hospitals and care homes
- to work solution-oriented, based on the nursing process
- to record nursing documentation electronically directly at the clients
- to collaborate and exchange ideas in the interdisciplinary team with various professional groups
- to engage in case discussions and to reflect together on one’s own work as well as that of others
- to communicate digitally with colleagues
- to take on various roles in everyday work - as a role model, as a primary nurse, as the person responsible for the day, as a Spitex specialist, among others
- to see oneself as a carer for our clients and their relatives
- to work according to plan and at the same time prioritise one’s work - to take responsibility for one’s clients and the work
- to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team, as well as support others
- to treat oneself with care and reflect on boundaries
- to develop personally
- to be mobile with one’s own or the company vehicle
