- to accompany and support clients as their primary nurse (or case manager) even in difficult situations
- to communicate as the primary nurse with external partners such as general practitioners, the PallCare team, nutritional counselling, staff in hospitals and care homes

- to record nursing documentation electronically directly at the clients
- to collaborate and exchange ideas in the interdisciplinary team with various professional groups
- to engage in case discussions and to reflect together on your own work as well as that of others
