The B2B Customer Service is an important hub between Stöckli Swiss Sports AG and our specialist retailers as well as importers worldwide. Our internal sales team is the first point of contact for their concerns, coordinates enquiries and ensures first-class service.

From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement we are looking for a responsible, communicative and team-oriented personality at our headquarters in Malters/LU as

EMPLOYEE: INTERNAL SALES EXPORT 60-80%

In this exciting role you will report to the Head of Global Sales Operations and be the first contact person for our defined importers and specialist retailers.

What to expect:

• You will look after our American subsidiary as well as our importers and specialist retailers in English and Italian
• You will ensure efficient and timely order processing
• You will maintain close contact with internal departments such as field sales, logistics and accounting
• You will occasionally participate in sales events and ski tests

What you bring:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, have professional experience in a similar role and bring knowledge of international trade, export and/or customs
• You quickly familiarise yourself with new topics thanks to your quick comprehension and advise our importers and specialist retailers competently and service-oriented
• You are committed, have a networked way of thinking and work independently and in a structured manner
• You communicate confidently in German, English and Italian and appreciate daily contact with our business partners
• You are highly organised and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You are very familiar with MS Office programmes. Ideally, you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
