To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a qualified and experienced person as:

Purchaser / International Flows M/F

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage procurement and coordinate international flows, from supplier order to receipt of goods, liaising with our partners and internal teams.

Your mission

• Manage the procurement process of components and electromechanical sub-assemblies
• Request quotations from international suppliers and subcontractors
• Analyse needs, establish and monitor purchase orders in our ERP
• Ensure follow-up of supplier confirmations, deadlines and deliveries until receipt of goods
• Coordinate international transport, including air, sea and road
• Monitor import/export operations and shipment-related documents
• Enter stock receipts in the ERP and in our quality control tool, in accordance with current procedures
• Manage any supplier non-conformities, as well as returns and replacements of goods
• Support the sales department by receiving and recording customer orders, verifying their feasibility according to requested deadlines and confirming orders

Your profile

• Commercial, purchasing or equivalent training
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier order management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of international transport and import/export operations
• Experience using an ERP; knowledge of SAP Business One is an asset
• Very good command of common IT tools, especially MS Office
• Excellent command of French and a very good level of English, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills and ease in exchanges with internal and external contacts
• Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an operational environment
