About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsible for professional care and support of our patients in collaboration with the nursing professionals
- In this role, you are additionally responsible for the training of FaGe and AGS trainees on an interdisciplinary ward
- You impart theoretical and practical fundamentals, create appropriate learning situations and accompany practical work with a focus on preparation for working life
- You conduct training discussions, document the training status, are familiar with current training regulations and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance
- Co-responsible for the administrative, logistical and housekeeping matters of the ward
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Ideally professional experience in the acute sector or in vocational training
- Vocational Trainer certificate (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
- Strong social, professional and methodological competence
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
