As a professional association, we offer everything related to procurement from a single source. For our over 2,000 members, we are the professional network.

We are also an examination body and conduct the federal examinations for the two purchasing courses (professional certificate and federal diploma) on behalf of the SBFI. From this October, we are also pleased to represent the additional titles "Professional Bachelor" and "Professional Master".

In terms of succession planning, we are looking to strengthen our examination team.

Organisational talent with commercial education at least 80%

You will take on a key role in our examination organisation, planning and coordinating the examinations largely independently but in coordination with your colleagues. You ensure proverbial quality (examination documents, examination process) and always keep an overview. You are the central contact person for graduates as well as experts.

Trustful, partnership-based and binding cooperation is particularly important to us. We rely on each other. You take on corresponding responsibility. Together we cultivate trust, openness and personal development.

What you bring:

• Commercial training and at least five years of experience
• Experience in planning and conducting larger events
• Confident German – French is used in everyday life
• Structured, efficient working and a high standard of quality
• You are proficient in MS Office and MS Teams, and you also have a LinkedIn profile
• Your confident appearance makes you a valued contact person
• Independent and self-reliant action is natural for you

You can expect a meaningful and manageable task in the field of examination organisation and implementation (twice a year you will be involved on site for a few days).
