To complement our Social Services team, we are looking for a

Social Worker Social Assistance (60%)

Starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility

• Clarification and assessment of applications for economic and personal assistance in accordance with the Social Assistance Act and the cantonal asylum ordinance

• Development of target agreements and implementation of measures with clients

• Preparation of applications and decisions for the social assistance authority

• Case management and comprehensive documentation in KLIBnet

• Networking and collaboration with internal departments and external specialist agencies (e.g. RAV, guardianships, social insurances, authorities)

You must bring the following

• Completed degree in Social Work (FH or equivalent)

• Several years of professional experience in the field of social assistance

• Sound knowledge of the Social Assistance Act and the cantonal asylum ordinance

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient use of common office software; experience with KLIBnet is an advantage
