As an ICT Supporter, you support our customers as the first point of contact in a wide range of ICT topics. Modern tools and experienced ICT system engineers assist you in this. Preferably, you provide support from the workplace via remote access.

- You are an important part of our team and support our customers in the operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructures
- You are passionate about our customers and independently handle incidents and service requests at 1st and 2nd level
- You lead your own development projects and have a significant influence on the development of our company
- You bring your several years of experience at an IT service provider to bear and take on a central role in implementing our technical standards
