Employment level: 80-100%

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

What you can achieve with us:

• You are responsible for all types of cleaning (maintenance and specialised cleaning), in and around various properties in the canton OW/NW/LU
• You are an important part of fulfilling customers' wishes to their satisfaction
• You work independently and flexibly, alone and in a team
• You ensure the professional application of our cleaning products in compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Your working hours: Monday to Friday, during the day & on certain days, 8.40 hours/day

What you bring with you:

• Maintenance specialist EFZ, building cleaner EFZ or equivalent training with experience in cleaning
• Enjoyment of cleaning in, around and inside buildings
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (required)
• Efficient and clean working method
• Willingness for on-call and winter service
• Friendliness, independence, discretion, teamwork and flexibility
• Driving licence min. category B (mandatory)
• Trailer test advantageous (or willingness to obtain it)
• Certificate for operating aerial work platforms advantageous (or willingness to obtain it)
