We are looking for a
Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d) - Bottmingen BL
Your area of responsibility
- Operational management of the kitchen in day-to-day business
- Ensuring a smooth process during service and events
- Co-responsibility for planning, production and presentation of our offerings
- Leadership, support and promotion of the kitchen staff
- Participation in ordering goods, inventory management and stocktaking
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP
- Active participation in banquets, BBQs and large events
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in à la carte, banquet and event sectors
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility and working in a small team
- You can communicate very well in German and English
