HR Support & Systems Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%
How you contribute
- You manage, maintain, and optimize our central HR systems & tools and ensure high data quality and currency with careful and interconnected thinking (including SwissSalary, rexx, Swiss+, Hotela+, UKA)
- You handle entries, changes, and exits operationally and are the contact person for employees and supervisors on HR-specific inquiries, also for HR systems & tools, in close coordination with HR consulting
- You create employment contracts, certificates, and other official documents and manage the digital personnel files in the core system SwissSalary
- You contribute to the creation, maintenance, and refinement of HR processes, process documentation, and implementations
- You are the contact person for HR-specific inquiries from employees and supervisors in close coordination with HR consulting
- You support management in the professional development of the HR Support & Systems team
- You oversee project work under HR management in the areas of systems, processes, and data
What defines you
- You have a commercial basic education and have already completed further training in the HR field (at least HR assistant, HR specialist desirable)
- Several years of professional experience in operational personnel administration from A for exit to Z for interim reference
- Enjoy working with HR systems and technical tools as well as designing and implementing optimizations. Experience with selected core systems (SwissSalary, PEP, Hotela+ as well as UKA) is desirable
- Strong IT and numerical affinity with proven analytical and networking skills in daily work
- Advanced Office skills are required, especially in Excel
- High service and customer orientation
- Committed, independent, and eager to learn personality with pronounced team player qualities
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
