Your tasks
- Advising students as well as responsibility for managing the compensation process and coordinating the associated DE&I team at HSG, in close cooperation with the relevant internal offices.
- Quality assurance and continuous development of the compensation process. Furthermore, developing and implementing strategies and measures for an equitable study and work environment for students and staff.
- Planning, conducting, and leading training, education, and awareness-raising offerings in the area of inclusive learning.
- Building, expanding, and strategically further developing target group-specific formats to promote inclusive learning and working for schools, institutes, and administrative offices.
- Initiating, maintaining, and further developing cooperation with relevant university offices and representing the university in relevant external networks in the field of "Inclusive Learning and Working."
Your profile
- Completed university degree, ideally in psychology, education, or social sciences; a combination with management studies or corresponding practical experience is an advantage
- Several years of experience in advising and supporting students, especially in dealing with neurodivergence, disabilities, chronic illnesses, or psychosocial burdens
- Solid experience in concept development, process design, and project management
- Competence in designing and conducting training and workshops
- Strong communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and confident appearance in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Pronounced team and cooperation skills as well as a structured, independent working style
