To strengthen our IT team in Avenches, we are looking for
Installation & Client Support Technician (100%)
You will ensure the deployment of our solutions to our clients, their commissioning as well as technical support throughout the installation cycle. As the preferred contact on site, you contribute to the success of our integration projects and to client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of our digital solutions at clients’ premises (order entry, printing solutions and POCT projects).
Deployment, configuration and connection of printing equipment and associated peripherals.
Integration of our solutions with the business software of medical practices and healthcare institutions.
Configuration and connection of POCT devices within the framework of integrated reporting projects.
First-level technical support (N1) and user assistance after installation.
Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents related to local infrastructures, network connections and application interfaces.
Coordination of installations with internal teams and external partners.
Participation in planning and continuous improvement of deployment processes.
What we are looking for
Technical training in IT, systems, networks or equivalent field.
Experience in deploying IT solutions at clients, technical support or application integration.
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Mastery of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routers, firewalls, VPN).
Ability to analyse technical issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
Excellent service orientation and ease in communication with both technical and non-technical contacts.
Fluent French and German (spoken and written); technical English is an asset.
Driving licence essential and willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland.
Previous experience in team coordination, intervention planning or project management is an advantage.
