VIVIVA Baar AG is a non-profit retirement centre with around 210 employees at two central locations in Baar. We combine quality care with humanity – professional and regionally rooted.
To complement our dedicated care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated Assistant in Health & Social Care who cares for and supports our residents with heart and competence.
Your Tasks
- Care and support of our residents according to care planning
- Accompanying and supporting our residents in everyday life
- Performing delegated nursing tasks according to competencies (skill and grade mix)
- Digital care documentation according to competencies and authorisations
- Promoting independence and quality of life of the residents
- Active collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- Completed training as Assistant in Health & Social Care EBA or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and empathy
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills and resilience
- Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally and methodically
- Good German language skills spoken and written
