Export & Internal Sales Specialist 80% (m/f/d)

Processing customer orders up to invoicing and shipping handling
Coordination of national and international transports
Maintenance of customer, supplier and master data
Handling customs formalities and accompanying import and export processes
Checking and recording of creditor invoices in the ERP system
Support of freight forwarders and courier services
Organisation of office supplies and internal orders
Assistance with process documentation and travel bookings
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate (EFZ)
Several years of experience in a comparable administrative role
Experience in a technical environment is an advantage
Knowledge of export and customs clearance is desirable
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
Good knowledge of creditor accounting is advantageous
Independent, precise and reliable working style with strong team orientation
Fluent German and good English skills
