Clerk for Evidence Preservation and Surveying m/f/d (80-100%)

Your main tasks

In this versatile role, you will be working both in the office and out in the field. You take responsibility for the careful handling of your projects and are regularly on site with the end customers.

• You handle projects in the area of precautionary evidence preservation
• You coordinate appointments with clients, property owners, tenants and other third parties
• You carry out photographic and written condition surveys of buildings, roads and other structures
• You create precise and comprehensible documentation
• You install measuring devices for evidence preservation and support other departments with technical installations
• You plan your assignments independently and work through the tasks systematically and reliably

Your profile

You enjoy working precisely, like being on the move and can keep an overview even in demanding situations. For this role, we are looking for a communicative, independent and patient personality who ideally has experience in construction or surveying. However, we are also open to career changers with the following profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Interest in buildings and infrastructure in general
• Confident handling of digital technical tools and MS Office knowledge
• Good orientation in different buildings and properties
• Structured, systematic and reliable way of working
• Confident and friendly manner as well as good interpersonal skills
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills
