Your tasks with us:

In this varied role, you will handle telephone and written customer enquiries and competently and efficiently manage the complete order processing.

You will prepare quotations, provide information on prices and delivery times, and process orders.

Additionally, you will support the team with invoicing and take on general administrative tasks.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the supervision and guidance of a commercial apprentice during a training year.

What you bring:

You have a commercial education or equivalent further training and ideally bring experience in a similar role.

Very good German skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for this position, and good French skills are of great benefit.

Your strengths include an independent and conscientious working style. You enjoy telephone customer contact and present yourself in a friendly, competent, and solution-oriented manner.
