CNC Programmer Milling 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You programme and optimise CNC milling machines for the processing of high-tech glass

• You create innovative milling programmes using the latest CAD/CAM software

• You set up the machines, conduct test runs and make adjustments

• You monitor production processes and ensure the highest quality standards

• You develop creative solutions for complex machining tasks

• You work closely with the production and engineering teams

• You continuously optimise processes and contribute to efficiency improvements

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical basic training in the machining sector as a polymechanic, production mechanic, machining mechanic or a comparable qualification

• You have several years of experience in CNC milling

• You possess sound knowledge of CAM software, especially Mastercam

• You have experience in setting up and converting milling machines

• You understand technical drawings and implement them precisely

• You work independently, in a structured manner and with the highest precision

• You demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and duty

• You are a team player, reliable and resilient

• You show flexibility and helpfulness in everyday work

• You are motivated to familiarise yourself with new technologies
