For the operation in Kriens, we are looking to strengthen our team with immediate effect or by arrangement a

Clerk for Scheduling (m/f/d)

• All administrative tasks from vehicle ordering to delivery to the customer
• Inspection of incoming vehicles and management of the vehicle inventory
• Telephone contact with customers, local representatives and importers
• Ensuring a high quality standard

• Completed commercial training with several years of experience
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel)
• Experience in vehicle scheduling or vehicle trade is an advantage
• Outgoing, dynamic and impeccable manners
• Reliable, precise, quality-conscious, flexible and a flair for numbers
• You work efficiently, are resilient and keep an overview even in hectic times
