About the job

• Take on the technical leadership of the coordination team for meter and installation controls (district heating, gas, water) and act as the central contact person in day-to-day business.
• Ensure the operational handling of meter installations, replacements and dismantling according to standards and always keep the target specifications in view.
• Coordinate the assignments of fitters, handle customer calls and administrative tasks related to order and maintenance management.
• Intervene in critical situations on site with customers and ensure coordination with customers, authorities and internal departments.
• Analyse KPIs, derive targeted measures from them and actively drive process improvements as well as digitalisation potentials.

• Strong technical background in the field of sanitary/heating and coordination.
• Basic training as a sanitary or heating installer and completed further training as a technical clerk, process specialist or similar.
• A clear view of the whole – good sense for priorities, timing, order situation and resources.
• When the situation demands, you decide confidently and authoritatively.
• Digital affinity as well as enjoyment in familiarising yourself with ICT systems and actively improving processes.
