Program Director: Joint Master Program
"Digital Communication and Creative Media Production" (100%)
In this role, you are responsible for the program management of the Joint Master program "Digital Communication and Creative Media Production," which is offered in collaboration with the University of Fribourg. You are responsible for the strategic, content-related, and didactic development of the program, its marketing, quality assurance, as well as personnel and financial management. As a contact person for our future students, you accompany them together with your team from the beginning to the completion of their studies. In addition, you are involved in teaching, supervise master theses, and participate in applied research and service projects. You also act as an associate director of the Institute for Digital Communication and Media Innovation (IDCMI), support the director of the IDCMI in the program-related management and development of the institute, and manage the interface with the University of Fribourg within the framework of the program cooperation.
Your profile
- University degree in one or more core areas of the program – media, social science, or technical profile with a focus on immersive technologies and Unity programming (PhD desirable)
- Experience in university teaching and supervision of scientific or media-practical student work
- Professional experience in the fields of communication and media
- Entrepreneurial personality with leadership and project management experience and an active network
- Very good German, English, and French skills, both spoken and written
- Strategic thinking, leadership skills, acquisition and negotiation skills
- High social competence
