What it takes
- You are an entrepreneurial-minded leader with the ambition to achieve results.
- You have a completed technical university degree and have complemented your profile with solid business management knowledge.
- You have led business areas with P&L responsibility and know how to increase performance – ideally in electronics, sensor technology, or mechanical engineering.
- You understand markets, recognise opportunities, and can translate technologies into successful, scalable solutions. You combine strategic foresight with clear implementation strength.
- You lead people with energy and clarity, build trust, and inspire teams to achieve more together. You move confidently in an international environment and communicate fluently in English.
