What to expect

• Collaboration as Product Owner in the Value Hub Claims with responsibility for the Solution Stream Sumex
  
• Leading and shaping the products assigned to you in terms of quality and further development
• Responsibility for customer contact and positioning of the product in the market within the end-to-end process; recognising relevant customer needs and market developments as well as handling escalations related to the product
• Preparation, management and prioritisation of the product backlog; planning activities in line with the medium- and long-term plan of the organisation as well as coordinating the scope with customers
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs to evaluate product success
• Ensuring timely and budget-compliant implementations through close coordination with the teams and continuous monitoring within the PI framework

• Experience as a Product Owner, ideally with practical know-how in working within a SAFe-Scaled Agile Framework
• In-depth insurance knowledge in the benefits area, knowledge of the industry software Sumex is an advantage
• Experience in requirements definition and collaboration with software suppliers and development teams
• Education or further training in business administration, business informatics or similar
• Structured and independent working style and motivation to work with agile methodologies (experience/certification in SAFe desirable) and to help shape change
