Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical and hierarchical leadership of 4 employees in the workshop

• Assembly of conveyor systems from construction to installation at the customer site

• Welding and grinding of stainless steel (V2A)

• Active participation in the workshop

• Planning and coordinating tasks with project managers

• You are responsible for the required quality

• You enforce occupational safety regulations

• You further develop production (Kaizen / Lean)

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a vocational training in metal construction

• Extensive experience in welding 2 mm stainless steel (V2A) as well as grinding is essential

• Leadership experience in a production company is an advantage

• Driving licence category B

• You enjoy working independently and precisely

• You are a resilient and solution-oriented person

• You convince through proactive thinking and acting and assert yourself in the team
