We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Specialist Workshop Administration and AVOR (80%-100%)
Your tasks
With us, you work closely with the workshop, operations, suppliers and manufacturers and are an important interface in day-to-day business. With your overview and organisational talent, you plan orders optimally and thus ensure a smooth process. If a process ever gets stuck, you bring in improvement ideas and are allowed to test and implement them in practice. Your computer skills help you work efficiently and securely and pass on your knowledge to your colleagues.
- You coordinate and process workshop orders for our bus fleet and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You handle warranty and goodwill cases with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.
- You contribute new ideas and actively shape the digitalisation of our workshop processes.
- You actively support quality assurance, process optimisation and 5S in the workshop.
- You analyse key figures around availability, downtime and costs and prepare meaningful evaluations from them.
- You plan and coordinate workshop and maintenance appointments and keep an overview of capacity utilisation.
- You support administrative procurement processes and ensure current and correct master data in our systems.
- You participate in audits and internal quality and control processes.
What you bring
- Completed training in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, e.g. automotive mechatronics technician, automotive diagnostician, or commercial training with industry experience
- Initial experience in a technical and administrative role, ideally in the commercial vehicle, bus or public transport environment
- Enjoyment of process optimisation and digitalisation – you recognise improvement potential and implement it
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or workshop management systems is a plus
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Communicative personality with organisational talent and enjoyment of working with different contacts
- Very good German skills as well as a good understanding of Swiss German
- Driving licence category B, C is an advantage
