Your Contribution
- You assess the work and reintegration capacity of our insured persons from a medical perspective based on the case files or, if necessary, on the basis of your own examination
- You bring your extensive medical / specialist professional experience into the written statements as well as into the oral exchange with our specialist experts
- You are part of an interdisciplinary medical team in the RAD and contribute your experience in complex issues, seeking the best solution / approach for our insured persons
- You support our reintegration and specialist personnel with medical questions, especially in the integration process
- You also seek targeted solutions for our insured persons in exchange with the treating doctors
- You have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our company in cross-departmental projects
Your Talents
- You hold a specialist title in one of the mentioned disciplines and have several years of experience in diagnosis and treatment
- You have an interest in social and insurance medical issues at the interface between medicine and legal application and ideally already have experience in insurance medicine
- You seek exchange with the medical disciplines within the RAD for complex health conditions and are open-minded in dealing with frequently comorbid mental illnesses
- You are decisive and like to express your arguments precisely both orally and in writing
- You are an empathetic, open-minded and dialogue-oriented personality
- You want to be part of a dynamic team that engages with constant medical and societal change and also seek the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
- You have good user skills in IT
