Internal Customer Advisor Sanitary

Your tasks

• Advise and support professional customers in their projects
• Prepare quotes and process orders until delivery
• Ensure administrative and logistical follow-up of customer files
• Collaborate with the external team, showroom advisors, purchasing and logistics to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Actively participate in the development of the department and customer loyalty

Your strengths

• Commercial or technical training (ideally in the sanitary or construction materials field)
• Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the sanitary sector
• Excellent communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
• Proficiency in basic computer tools
• Organisation, thoroughness and responsiveness are your daily assets
• Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written
