To support our team in our office premises in Walkringen, we are looking for a commercial all-rounder to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities

• Professional organisation of daily business and handling of incoming enquiries
• Processing smaller customer enquiries from A to Z
• Supporting our project managers in order processing
• Updating our industry software solution EasyJob (customer and article master data)
• Coordinating appointments and taking on administrative tasks (creditors, timesheets, minutes, etc.)
• Administrative and organisational support in the marketing area

Your background

• Completed commercial training in a technical company or technical training with commercial further education
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in event construction or a comparable function (internal sales, sole secretariat)
• Driving licence category B/BE
• Fluent German in spoken and written form. Other languages (English, French) are an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of EasyJob software is an advantage
• High affinity for new media and enjoyment of flexible working
