About the job
At the Nänikon-Greifensee site, our global operational headquarters, we are looking to strengthen our HR service team with a committed individual as HR Operations Specialist – Administration & Workday Transition 100% (all genders). In this position, you will ensure the entire HR administration for the Switzerland site together with the team and act as the interface to the HR Business Partners, HR Payroll, Talent Acquisition, as well as to our future Shared Service Center (SSC) in Poland. In the course of the Workday implementation, you will support the further development and simplification of existing HR processes. You will document procedures, promote structured knowledge transfer, and contribute to the optimisation of administrative processes to ensure a smooth alignment with future collaboration with Workday and the SSC. In doing so, you make an important contribution to efficient, service-oriented, and effective HR administration. In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You will handle all administrative HR tasks along the employee life cycle – from entry to exit. This includes, among other things, the creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and various agreements, as well as the maintenance of personnel master data. You will support employees and supervisors as a 1st-level contact point for administrative HR questions, especially regarding the use of the time system and the applicable regulations and guidelines. You will ensure the quality and currency of personnel and process data, taking into account the applicable requirements for compliance and data protection. You will create and maintain work instructions, process descriptions, and other documentation to ensure uniform and efficient processing of administrative HR processes. In the course of the Workday implementation, you will support the further development, simplification, and quality assurance of existing HR processes and participate in tests, especially within the framework of user acceptance tests. You will support the handover of selected administrative tasks to the SSC, coordinate the necessary knowledge transfer, and contribute to smooth collaboration. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR services and actively bring in your practical experience from day-to-day administrative business.
