You can contribute in this role

• Ensure the operational readiness of vehicles, in particular monitor their charge status, plan the loading and prepare them for the next deployment
• Check the technical condition and proper functioning of vehicles, trailers and/or stored materials
• Manage vehicle inventory and logistics independently and in compliance with regulations
• Actively assist with the issuance of systems and general army equipment to the troops as well as with their return
• Process orders and work assignments independently using SAP
• Perform administrative control and monitoring tasks

What makes you unique

• Federal VET Diploma as a Logistics Specialist, training as a logistics clerk or equivalent qualification
• Driving licence category B and forklift licence; driving licences categories C and CE are an advantage
• Training or professional experience in mechanics is an advantage
• Strong interest in vehicle technology and the ability to carry out basic technical checks and identify defects
• Sense of responsibility, customer orientation, team spirit, flexibility, organisational talent as well as an independent, conscientious and efficient working style
• Good knowledge of at least one second official language and good IT skills, especially SAP
