• Operational procurement of production-related materials and merchandise
• Ensuring optimal inventory management with a focus on material availability and optimal stock turnover
• Creating and maintaining framework agreements
• Setting up and managing subcontracting and production orders
• Continuous analysis and optimisation of procurement and disposition processes
• Preparation, evaluation, and interpretation of forecasts for demand planning
• Checking, coding, and approving supplier invoices
• Central interface function between production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders
• Co-supervision of apprentices in the purchasing area

• Completed technical, logistical, or commercial basic training
• Further training as a purchasing specialist or technical buyer
• Several years of experience in disposition / operational procurement of trade and production materials
• Confident German and very good English skills
• Efficient use of MS Office programmes
