Your tasks
- Comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of the entire railway electrical infrastructure along tram lines 10, 11, 14, 17 as well as train line 19 in close cooperation with a highly qualified team
- Monitoring, repair, and adjustments to the railway electrical infrastructure
- Building in-depth expertise in the area of railway safety systems. This includes both fault rectification and maintenance measures. (YT)
- Expertise in fault rectification in hardware and software as well as repair and commissioning of stop lighting and passenger information systems
- Carrying out first interventions (on-call service) and independent diagnosis using the remote control system
- Performing small installations and coordinating various tasks in the area of infrastructure building technology
- Flexible support with electrical work and other necessary tasks within projects
- Night work and on-call service according to duty roster
Your profile
- Successful completion of a four-year vocational training EFZ as an electrician or automation technician or telematics technician
- Several years of professional experience in fault rectification, maintenance, and upkeep of electrical systems
- Possession of a valid category B driving licence and fulfilment of legal health requirements
- Possession of a category C lorry driving licence or willingness to obtain the lorry driving licence
- Openness to future further training, including the connection permit according to NIV Art. 13/15
- Residence in the region for rapid availability during on-call duties
- Willingness for night work and on-call service
- Willingness for professional development and taking on responsibility within the team
- Enjoyment of working outdoors and the opportunity to contribute one’s skills within the team
