We are looking for a committed colleague who is hands-on and supports us in the role of Internal Sales Technical Associate. The basic training will take place in Bulle, within our dynamic team, of which you will be a full member before joining your new role. After this training and integration period, you will work independently at the Bulle or Meyrin site, while remaining attached to the team based in Bulle.

The position can be filled at one of our two sites, in Bulle or Meyrin. (Bulle: parking space available / Meyrin: close to the station, parking space available)

Your tasks:

• Processing customer requests in the ERP system, from offer preparation to delivery
• Automatic preparation of offers based on quotations
• Telephone and written contact with customers, especially design offices, engineers, installers and property management companies
• Internal coordination with our head office in Oberriet (SG) and with other departments
• Management of general correspondence
• Participation in internal projects

• You have a basic technical education (heating/sanitary field) and experience in the commercial sector
• You demonstrate good comprehension skills, work independently, focused and precisely, and can manage heavy workloads
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics, D365)
• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
• Good understanding of digital tools
• You are autonomous, committed, trustworthy and customer satisfaction oriented
• Ability to work in a young and dynamic team
• Native French speaker, with good knowledge of German desired
